The City of Belfast has created an ordinance that allows transitional housing in the city and 23 Mill Lane has been approved to be used for that purpose. MMHC is now re-fitting 2,200 square feet of the lower level of Belfast United Methodist Church to be prepared for housing of 3-4 families in transitional housing. Once the space is ready, MMHC can get a license to operate the facility. You’ll see the news here!
